
• To design the simulation educational activities, ATCS Operation Committee work with all stakeholders including the Curriculum Committee, representatives of clinical departments, Unit of Faculty Development to identify and select:
1. General Needs Assessment (issues in clinical settings, missing curriculum components, low scores on standardized tests, etc)
2. Targeted Needs Assessment (learners’ needs),
3. Specific Learning Objectives,
4. Appropriate Simulation Modality,
5. Implementation with appropriate equipment and qualified instructors,
6. Use appropriate assessment tools to evaluate learners’ and Program’s performance.
